Each of our property managers will provide your association with the personal attention the community expects and deserves. They will take the time to pay close attention to all details and will establish close relationships with the Board of Directors as well as with the residents of the community. They will deal with the day to day operations including overseeing the contractors who maintain the common areas.

Doug Shock, is a property manager with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property management.  Doug deals with the day to day operations of the business.  He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore.

Michael Rose

Mike is a property manager with over 30 years of business management, construction and commercial property experience.  Mike has been with Conway Management Company for over 20 years.

Daniel schmidt

Dan is a property manager who assists with the day to day operations of various properties, accounting, web access, violations, claims and pools.  He has extensive experience in the insurance industry as well as IT support.  Dan is a graduate of Towson University.

All property managers must keep abreast of new trends and the economy to meet related problems that may arise. We deal with the most important aspects of individuals’ lives - their home and their work. There is no room for compromise, and we owe it to the tenants, owners, investors, and others to give them what they expect. Therefore, we must have equipped ourselves with the expertise to get the job done.
