Our Team
Each of our property managers will provide your association with the personal attention the community expects and deserves. They will take the time to pay close attention to all details and will establish close relationships with the Board of Directors as well as with the residents of the community. They will deal with the day to day operations including overseeing the contractors who maintain the common areas.

Doug Shock, is a property manager with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. Doug deals with the day to day operations of the business. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore.
Amanda Becker

With a strong foundation in retail and office management, Amanda brings over 25 years of leadership experience to property management. Her background includes overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing team performance and driving customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments. As a former hiring manager in HR, she excels at building and leading high-performing teams, handling tenant relations with professionalism and ensuring smooth operation workflows. Her diverse management experience has equipped her with the organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills essential for successful property oversight.
All property managers must keep abreast of new trends and the economy to meet related problems that may arise. We deal with the most important aspects of individuals’ lives - their home and their work. There is no room for compromise, and we owe it to the tenants, owners, investors, and others to give them what they expect. Therefore, we must have equipped ourselves with the expertise to get the job done.
